Ingredients
- 1 package black pasta/cuttlefish ink pasta/squid ink pasta
- 1 pound frozen seafood medley, thawed and drained
- tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles according to package instructions.
- Over medium heat melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan. Add the garlic and stir. Add the white wine and bring to a simmer for about 3 minutes. Add the cream, parmesan, pepper and salt while continuing to stir.
- Remove from heat, add in seafood. Toss prepared noodles in sauce and serve immediately.
