Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into one 16 oz. glass for a single serving or two 8 oz. glasses for two servings.
